Description

This commercial tract of land is located on the east side of Interstate 35 South, approximately ½ mile north of the main entrance into the Onion Creek Subdivision and south of the Stonegate Apartment Community.

The site is the remaining parcel out of an 88-acre site that was sold in phases to two separate apartment developers.
