Susan founded Site Solutions, Inc. in March 2001, striking out on her own, after 18 years of commercial real estate brokerage and consulting expertise gained at the Trammell Crow Company (1998-2001) and at NAI/Commercial Industrial Properties Company (1983-1998). Susan's broad level of experience ranges from representing tenants in their search to lease and/or purchase buildings and sites to assembling large commercial land for sale to developers and end users. Community Involvement

Susan and her family were among the Founding Families of Trinity Episcopal School of Austin. Susan has served on the Board of Directors since its founding and assembled the land for the 15 acre campus in West Lake Hills, taking the land through the development entitlement process. Currently Susan is the Chair of the Nature Trail Committee which is developing a natural science trail along Eanes Creek in the greenbelt that bisects the campus, and she also chairs the Middle School Chapel Committee.

As well as serving on its Executive Committee and Board of Directors for 8 years, Susan was the President of the Real Estate Council of Austin in 1998. She has served as a member of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and its Executive Committee. Susan also has served as President of the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association (1994).

In 1995, Susan was the driving force behind the creation of the Austin Air Force, a community group that monitors air quality, issues ozone advisory alerts, and is actively educating the community about air quality issues. In addition, Susan was the first to propose a citywide Graffiti Ordinance, which the Austin City Council passed in 1995. From 1995 through 1997 she served in the Board of Directors for the Austin Revitalization Authority, a city chartered non-profit organization charged with the redevelopment of the East 11th & 12th street commercial corridors, a project that is currently under construction.

Personal

Susan has been married to John Bolt Harris since 1986. They have one daughter, Haley. Susan's personal interests include training and showing her horse, all outdoor activities and organic gardening. Also an avid reader, Susan's favorite question to ask others is "What are you currently reading?"
